Welcome to the website on the EC Programming to Latin American countries

This website is a tool for civil society actors in Latin American countries (see Country Updates) and in Europe to follow the discussions on the programming of European Community aid to Latin American countries. Indeed the European Commission is currently programming its assistance to the three regions in Latin America for the next 7 years period (2007-2013).

This site aims to share information on this process. It brings together information from the European Commission and from the negotiations in particular countries. It is intended as a tool that can be used to ensure that the programming process is transparent and accountable.
